We guarantee our products and provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return item(s) in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Alternatively, if you receive a damaged product or were sent the incorrect item, we will credit you for return shipping, as well as shipping costs of the new product. Send returns along with a copy of the packing slip and a note indicating that you would like a refund. We recommend that returns be sent by a traceable method via USPS™ to ensure a timely delivery to our warehouse. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees (unless, of course, you receive a damaged or incorrect item by mistake). Once your package is received, we will reimburse your original form of payment within 24 to 48 hours. If you have any questions about your return, please get in contact with us.


If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange the product, we will pay for shipping of the replacement for you. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the exchange to us. All returns can either be exchanged or returned for a refund on your credit card. Send returns along with a copy of the packing slip, as well as a note indicating what you would like us to do.
